Slaughter and May appointed to Crown Commercial Service's Legal Services Panel

Slaughter and May has been appointed to Crown Commercial Service's Legal Services Panel on Lot 2, Finance and Complex Legal Services.  Lot 2 covers transactions which are principally financial in nature and highly complex transactions including complex finance, capital markets, regulatory and high-risk complex work, as well as the most innovative and/or strategically important projects for Central Government.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when  procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
