Court of Appeal rules on public interest immunity material and confidentiality rings
In the context of a CMA investigation into whether or not drug companies were entering into anti-competitive agreements which prolonged high prices for a life-saving drug, on 7 August 2018 the Court of Appeal ruled on certain matters in respect of public interest immunity (PII) material and the use of confidentiality rings.
