On 15 July 2015, the FCA published its final guidance on the use of its new concurrent competition powers. At the same time, it published its final amendments to Part 15 of its Supervision Manual within the FCA Handbook, which contain requirements for authorised firms to report any actual or potential 'significant' competition law infringements to the FCA.
