Shareholder meetings under the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020

The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 includes temporary flexibility for companies holding general meetings. This guidance has been prepared to help companies understand these provisions. Slaughter and May was a member of the working party which helped to prepare the guidance. It has been endorsed by both the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Financial Reporting Council.
