The SFC clarifies licensed corporations’ obligation to disclose internal investigations against outgoing employees

As part of the recently revamped licensing process, licensed corporations are now required to disclose information about any internal investigation against a licensed individual within 6 months before or any time after such individual ceases to be accredited to it. The SFC has published frequently-asked questions clarifying how to fulfil this additional obligation.
