Slaughter and May announces that Charles Randell CBE will re-join the firm as a Senior Consultant

Slaughter and May announces that Charles Randell will today re-join the firm as a Senior Consultant, working alongside the firm’s Financial Institutions Group and Financial Regulation team.

Charles Randell was a partner with the firm from 1989-2013. In 2013, he became an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee of the Bank of England and subsequently a non-executive board member of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority and the Chair of the Payment Systems Regulator, retiring from the FCA and PSR in 2022.
