New partners at Slaughter and May 2019
Slaughter and May announces today the appointment of two new partners, Harry Bacon in London and Jing Chen in Hong Kong.
Harry Bacon will become a partner with effect from May 2019. Harry joined Slaughter and May as a trainee solicitor in 2009 and is an experienced lawyer in the firm’s Financing practice in London.
Jing Chen began his career at Slaughter and May as a trainee solicitor in 2006. After qualification, he spent eight years as an associate advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He was seconded to the Listing Division of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in 2016, and joined the Exchange permanently in 2017. Jing will be re-joining the firm in April 2019.
