Slaughter and May is the leading law firm for the largest UK public companies

Slaughter and May remains the leading law firm for FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients according to the latest research from Hemscott, as published in the Corporate Advisers Rankings Guide November, 2008.

The November 2008 ranking tables show that "Slaughter and May has edged one client further ahead among the largest companies". The firm gained one additional FTSE 100 client over the three month period from August to November taking its tally to 28 clients with a market capitalisation of £252 billion.

The latest ranking tables also show the firm as the leading law firm for FTSE 250 clients with 35 clients with a market capitalisation of £213 billion.
