Susannah Macknay named in The Lawyer’s Hot 100

Corporate partner Susannah Macknay has been named in the dealmakers section of The Lawyer’s Hot 100 2018. The Hot 100, now in its 17th year, celebrates the UK’s top lawyers and identifies the individuals acting on the most significant matters. 

Susannah was recognised for her work on a number of big-ticket international transactions as well as a raft of smaller deals in the private equity space. Highlights include leading a number of transactions for Palamon Capital Partners and Värde Partners. Susannah is also one of the firm’s diversity partners and has been at the forefront of the firm’s inclusion policies, which have produced mentoring programmes established for women, and the firm’s BME and LGBT communities.
