Lisa has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing transactions, with a particular focus as a member of our ESG practice on sustainable financing and investment matters. Lisa is the lead editor for ESG in APAC, the first pan-Asian publication on the ESG regulatory landscape across 16 APAC jurisdictions.
Lisa has been a partner of our Firm since 2006 and was the chief representative of our Firm in Beijing from 2011 to 2015. She is recommended in the 2026 Chambers Greater China Region for Corporate/M&A, and for Banking and Finance. She has also been named one of the Women Leaders in Hong Kong since 2024 and has been ranked as a Highly Regarded Lawyer for Private Equity and for Banking since 2018 by the IFLR1000 Asia-Pacific.
Lisa is a member of the Company Law Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong and the Documentation Committee of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and was formerly a member of the Policy Research Committee of The Financial Services Development Council established by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
She read law at Oxford University and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong.
