Mark Zerdin

Mark is Co-head of our Sport team and also heads our Latin American practice. He advises on a wide range of transactions for sports teams, sporting regulatory bodies, corporates, private equity clients and family offices. His principal areas of work are public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, private equity investment and joint ventures. Mark also has extensive experience of internal investigations and whistleblowing matters.

• The Football Association Premier League Limited in respect of various high-profile and complex matters arising out of the application of the Premier League Rules
• TWG Motorsports and General Motors on their successful application to compete in the FIA Formula One World Championship under the name of Cadillac Formula 1 Team
