Close Brothers plc on its ongoing appeal to the Supreme Court following the landmark decision by the Court of Appeal in Hopcraft, Wrench and Johnson regarding broker commissions in a motor finance context.

BHP Group PLC and other entities who are defendants to claims arising out of the collapse of the Fundão Dam in Brazil. The case involves over 600,000 claimants advancing claims under Brazilian law. The claim has been described in the press as one of the largest lawsuits in English legal history.

JPMorgan Chase Bank in relation to High Court litigation and proposed collective proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal arising out of the foreign exchange investigations. The Court of Appeal’s decision in the collective proceedings is currently on appeal to the Supreme Court.
