Slaughter and May is advising Just Eat Takeaway.com on the sale of its stake in iFood

Slaughter and May is advising Just Eat Takeaway.com on the sale of its stake in iFood, a leading food delivery company in the Latin America food delivery market, to Prosus for consideration of up to €1.8 billion.

The transaction is subject to the approval of Just Eat Takeaway.com shareholders as a Class 1 transaction.  It is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2022.
