Slaughter and May is advising Persimmon plc (“Persimmon”) on its partnership with Generation Home (“GenH”) to launch GenH’s “New Build Boost” mortgage product.
 
The New Build Boost product offers eligible buyers an interest-free “boost” of up to 15% loan-to-value, funded by Persimmon, alongside a first-charge mortgage of up to 80% loan-to-value, where buyers purchase a new Persimmon home. Persimmon is GenH’s exclusive launch partner for this product.
 
Slaughter and May has been working closely with Persimmon’s in-house legal and operational teams, including Sonia da Costa, Ed McCoy and Annika Gleeson, in bringing this new product to market.
