Slaughter and May is advising Allen & Overy on the move to its new London headquarters at 2 Broadgate. Allen & Overy will move to the new Broadgate campus from its existing offices at One Bishops Square during the winter of 2026-27. The move to a more sustainable modern office will help the firm to meet its commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 50% by 2030, and will be better suited to the flexible needs of Allen & Overy’s agile working model.
Allen & Overy managing partner Gareth Price said: “Our move to 2 Broadgate is a really important step forward for every one of our partners, employees and clients who come to our office in London. The new office space is a step-change in terms of energy consumption and better reflects the way we want the firm to work in the future. The building will contribute to an estimated 80% reduction in our annual London office carbon emissions as well as having market-leading certifications for its environmental impact and the wellbeing of those who will call 2 Broadgate their place of work.”
