Slaughter and May acted for BPEA EQT on the placing by China Water Affairs Group of exchangeable bonds

Slaughter and May acted for BPEA EQT on the placing by China Water Affairs Group of HK$361 million exchangeable bonds previously issued by BPEA EQT to China Water Affairs and exchangeable into shares in Kangda International Environmental Company Limited.

Both China Water Affairs and Kangda are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Completion of the placing and exchange took place on 15 November 2024.
