Slaughter and May assists Deliveroo to secure clearance from the Competition and Markets Authority for minority investment by Amazon

Slaughter and May advised Deliveroo on the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) process in connection with a minority investment by Amazon. The CMA announced on 4 August that it has cleared the investment following an in-depth Phase 2 investigation.
