Slaughter and May advised GlaxoSmithKline on the establishment of its £5 billion euro commercial paper programme

Slaughter and May advised GlaxoSmithKline on the establishment of its £5 billion euro commercial paper programme (the “Programme”). The Programme provides for the issuance of euro commercial paper by GlaxoSmithKline Finance plc, with issuances being guaranteed by GlaxoSmithKline plc.

The dealers under the Programme are Barclays and HSBC. Barclays also acts as arranger in connection with the Programme.
