Slaughter and May advised INEOS on its sale of the Belstaff group to Castore. As part of the transaction, INEOS also made a significant strategic investment in the Castore business.
Belstaff is a British premium heritage brand founded in 1924, known for its functional outwear. Castore is a British luxury sports apparel brand founded in 2015 by brothers Tom and Phil Beahon. The transaction will capitalise on Castore’s direct-to-consumer and online retail networks, supply chain and partnerships to drive future growth of the Belstaff business.
