Slaughter and May is advising John Wood Group plc on the sale of its 50 per cent. interest in RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited

Slaughter and May is advising John Wood Group plc on the sale of its 50 per cent. interest in RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited, a provider of repair and overhaul services to operators of industrial aero-derivative gas turbines in the global oil and gas, power generation and marine propulsion industries, to Siemens Energy, Wood’s joint venture partner, for a cash consideration of $135 million, subject to closing adjustments.

The transaction, which is consistent with Wood’s previously announced disposal programme of non-core businesses, is conditional on the receipt of certain regulatory clearances and is expected to complete in late-2025 or early-2026.
