Slaughter and May is advising Legal & General as strategic partner with developer GLP for a new state-of-the-art logistics campus and national supply chain hub at Magna Park, Corby. Nike has agreed to take a 20-year lease of a single building with more than 1.3 million sq. ft. of logistics warehousing, offices, sport and recreation facilities. The campus will target a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating and achieve net zero carbon in construction.
