Slaughter and May advised M&G plc on the establishment of its Unlimited Global Commercial Paper Programme

Slaughter and May advised M&G plc on the establishment of its Unlimited Global Commercial Paper Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme enables M&G plc to issue both US and European commercial paper.

The dealers under the Programme are Bank of America, Barclays, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Citigroup also acts as arranger in connection with the Programme.
