Slaughter and May advised MTR Corporation Limited on its acquisition of a further interest in Octopus Holdings Limited from Bravo Transport

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, advised MTR Corporation Limited (MTR) in relation to its acquisition of an approximately 6.6% shareholding in Octopus Holdings Limited (Octopus) from Citybus Limited and New World First Bus Services Limited, subsidiaries of Bravo Transport Services Limited. The transaction was completed on 24 January 2022. As a result of the transaction, MTR’s shareholding in Octopus increased to approximately 66%.
