Slaughter and May advised Norsk Hydro ASA on the establishment of its €5,000,000,000 EMTN Programme

Slaughter and May advised Norsk Hydro ASA (“Hydro”) on the establishment of its €5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The programme contains optionality to issue green notes and sustainability-linked notes in line with Hydro’s green and sustainability-linked financing framework. Citigroup Global Markets Limited is the arranger of the programme, and notes issued under the programme will be listed and traded on Euronext Dublin.
