Slaughter and May advised SEGRO PLC on its long-term arrangements governing the provision of electricity, water and steam services at Slough Trading Estate
Slaughter and May advised Slough Trading Estate Limited (“STE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEGRO plc, on its long-term contractual arrangements with Slough Heat and Power Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SSE plc) (“SHP”) governing the provision, via SHP’s private network, of electricity connection and distribution services and water and steam connection, distribution and supply services, to Slough Trading Estate, Europe’s largest trading estate in single ownership.
Slaughter and May also advised STE on associated arrangements with Slough Multifuel (a joint venture between SSE and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners) in connection with the development of a new energy-from-waste facility on the Estate.
