Slaughter and May acted for BancoPopular-e, a Spanish-based bank and a subsidiary of Varde Partners (a global alternative investment adviser focused on investing capital and resources across multiple segments and markets), on its procurement of a credit card servicing arrangement with FDR Limited, a UK-based payment solutions service provider.
