Slaughter and May advised Blackstone on the investment by funds and accounts advised by Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities business for a minority stake in Beauparc Utilities Holdings Limited (Beauparc). Beauparc is a waste management company with operations in residential and commercial waste management, energy generation, energy supply, logistics and recycling. Headquartered in Dublin, Beauparc has operations in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands.
