Slaughter and May advised Derwent London – sale of Tower House, London WC2

Slaughter and May advised Derwent London on the sale of Tower House, London WC2 to Capital & Counties Properties for £67.5 million. The multi-let building produces an annual rental income of £3.1 million across 53,700 sq.ft. that comprises office, retail and residential accommodation.

John Burns, Chief Executive Officer of Derwent London, commented: “This disposal is in line with our June 2016 valuation and with our total sales of £140 million year to date, demonstrates our continued ability to recycle capital.”
