Slaughter and May advised Elysian Residences on £56 million development loan

Slaughter and May is advising Elysian Residences on the financing of the Landsby, a 101-home senior living project in Stanmore, North-West London. Cain International has made a £56 million loan in relation to Elysian’s first development project, which is expected to reach completion by the end of 2019. Elysian Residences is the developer and will operate the site on completion.
