Slaughter and May advised Legal & General Group plc on its long term partnership with Oxford University

Slaughter and May advised Legal & General Group plc (“L&G”), on its long term partnership with Oxford University to fund and develop quality affordable student and staff housing and science and innovation space. The partnership is expected to deliver a programme of up to £4 billion of investment over ten years and will form the cornerstone of L&G’s Future Cities strategy. L&G’s entry into the partnership was announced on 27 June 2019.
