Slaughter and May advised Legal & General on the sale of 70 Gracechurch Street

Slaughter and May advised Legal & General on the sale of 70 Gracechurch Street, London EC3 for approximately £270 million.  The 214,000 sq.ft. building is let to Marks & Spencer and XL Group. 

We previously advised Legal & General on the acquisition of the property for approximately £200 million in 2013 by way of a corporate acquisition.
