Slaughter and May advised LGC Science Holdings Limited (LGC) on the financing of its acquisition of Biosearch Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the genomics and life sciences industries.
The acquisition was funded principally through a $114,000,000 banking facility made available by a syndicate of lenders.
LGC is an international life sciences measurement and testing company and is the designated UK National Measurement Institute for chemical and bioanalytical measurement.
