Slaughter and May advised Pollen Street Capital in connection with its new leases of the second and third floors at 11-12 Hanover Square, London W1.

The premises will be used as Pollen Street Capital’s new London HQ and comprise two leases with a total net internal area of just over 12,600 square feet.
