Slaughter and May advised Prudential in relation to an exclusive bancassurance partnership with SeABank in Vietnam

Slaughter and May advised Prudential in connection with the entry into of an exclusive bancassurance partnership over a 20-year term between Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Limited (Prudential Vietnam) and Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank), which was announced on 6 January 2020.

Prudential Vietnam will also become the preferred life insurance provider to BRG Group Joint Stock Company, a leading conglomerate in Vietnam with approximately 10 million customers.

The partnership is expected to be effective from April 2020.
