Slaughter and May advised Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. on its move from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange

Slaughter and May advised Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. on its move from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which was announced on 22 January 2026 and took place on 28 April 2026.

Young’s prepared a prospectus in connection with its application for admission, which was published on 22 April 2026.  On admission, Young’s: (i) A ordinary shares were admitted to listing in the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List; (ii) non-voting ordinary shares were admitted to listing in the Non-Equity and Non-Voting Equity Shares category of the Official List; and (iii) ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the Main Market.  Young’s listing on AIM was also cancelled with effect from admission.
