Slaughter and May is acting for GI Partners in connection with a recommended offer by CareTech Holdings PLC for Cambian Group plc (“Cambian”). GI Partners owns 22.2% of Cambian and one of its partners sits on the Cambian board. The offer, structured by way of scheme of arrangement, was announced on 16 August.
