Slaughter and May is advising Allianz Real Estate and Alpha Investment Partners on the proposed acquisition of a stake in Beijing Ronsin Technology Center
Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, is advising a joint venture between Allianz Real Estate (Allianz) and funds managed by Alpha Investment Partners (Alpha) in relation to the joint venture’s proposed acquisition of an 85% stake in Beijing Ronsin Technology Center, a Grade A office complex in the Wangjing-district in Beijing. The seller, D&J China, will retain a 15% interest in the office complex.
Allianz Real Estate is the dedicated real estate investment manager within the Allianz Group.
Alpha Investment Partners is the private fund management arm of Keppel Capital, the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation.
