Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London - pre-letting of The White Chapel Building, E1

Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London on the pre-let of the top two floors at The White Chapel Building, London E1 to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. The premises will be occupied by the Government Digital Service (“GDS”) on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £2.8 million. We also advised on the four previous pre-lets of the Building.
