Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London - pre-letting of The White Chapel Building, E1

Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London on four pre-lets of The White Chapel Building, London E1. The pre-lets comprise 84,600 sq. ft. with a total annual rent of £4 million. Derwent London is currently undertaking refurbishment works following its acquisition of the building in 2015, on which we also advised.
