Slaughter and May is advising esure Group plc (“esure”) in connection with the takeover offer made by Blue (BC) Bidco Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of funds advised by Bain Capital Private Equity, LP and its affiliates.

The offer values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of esure at approximately £1.2 billion.
