Slaughter and May is advising Glenveagh Properties PLC (Glenveagh), an Irish homebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, in connection with its firm placing and placing and open offer. The capital raise, which was announced on 17 July 2018, will raise gross proceeds of approximately €213 million which will be used by Glenveagh to fund future land acquisitions and the development of new and existing sites.
