Slaughter and May is advising IWG plc on its strategic partnership and franchising arrangements with J. Safra Group and the Peress Group

IWG has agreed to sell its operations in Switzerland to the Purchaser for gross consideration of CHF 120 million (subject to completion accounts adjustments) and to enter into a long-term master franchise agreement which provides exclusive rights to the use of IWG’s brands in Switzerland. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur at the end of November 2019.
