Slaughter and May is advising St Modwen Group Holding Company Limited on the sale of St Modwen Homes to Miller Homes Ltd (Miller Homes).
St Modwen Homes, which was acquired by Blackstone in 2021, builds high-quality new homes across the UK. The deal sees Miller Homes acquire 19 live and 5 strategic sites, amounting to an increase of c.4,000 units to its own landbanks. Miller Homes will continue to operate the business under the St Modwen Homes brand.
Completion of the transaction is subject to the receipt of customary regulatory approvals.
