Slaughter and May advised T-Mobile US Inc. on entry into a definitive agreement in respect of a 50/50 joint venture with Wren House to acquire i3 Broadband, a high-quality fibre-to-premises provider serving residential customers. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2026 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
