Slaughter and May advises The Clothworkers’ Company on the first virtual planning approval in the City

Slaughter and May has helped The Clothworkers’ Company secure planning approval for the redevelopment of 50 Fenchurch Street following The City of London Corporation’s first ever virtual planning committee meeting on 14 May 2020. The new 36-storey building incorporates innovative vertical landscaping and will deliver c. 1 million sq. ft. of space with a large new public square at ground level.
