Slaughter and May advised Water Plus on its £70,000,000 receivables finance facility

Slaughter and May advised the Water Plus Group, a leading water retailer in the United Kingdom, in relation to its new senior secured £70,000,000 receivables finance facility. The facility will be used for the general corporate and working capital purposes of the Water Plus Group.

The Water Plus Group is a joint venture between United Utilities and Severn Trent.
