Slaughter and May advised Xpansiv CBL Holding Group Limited on its acquisition of OTX

Slaughter and May advised Xpansiv CBL Holding Group Limited (Xpansiv), a global commodity marketplace for ESG-inclusive commodity products, on its acquisition of Project OTX Limited (OTX). OTX is a London and Milan-based leading market-access provider for compulsory stockholding obligations, and is rapidly expanding into other illiquid commodities markets, including renewable fuels and renewable fuel certificates.

The acquisition was announced on 22 March 2021, and marks Xpansiv’s entry into the UK and Europe.
