Standard Life Aberdeen plc on its widely-reported arbitration with Lloyds Banking Group relating to the termination of a long-term investment management contract worth more than £100 billion.
A major Kazakh bank on arbitral proceedings brought against its former controlling shareholders in respect of a complex fraud; we secured an award of $600 million in our client’s favour.
