Slaughter and May advised NTT Urban Development Corporation on the acquisition of 130 Wood Street

Slaughter and May advised NTT Urban Development Corporation on the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in 130 Wood Street, London EC2 through its local subsidiary, UD Europe Limited. The office building is located in close proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral and the acquisition is part of NTT Urban Development Corporation’s expansion of its UK real estate business.

The Slaughter and May team worked alongside Carey Olsen, who are advising on the Jersey law aspects of the acquisition.
