Slaughter and May advised Siemens on the UK tax and FDI control aspects of the sale of Yunex to Atlantia

Slaughter and May advised Siemens on the UK tax aspects and certain UK foreign direct investment control aspects of the sale of Yunex to Atlantia. The Managing Board and Supervisory Board of Siemens AG have approved the planned transaction. The purchase price is €950 million (enterprise value). Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
